Aztecs and Modern Day Prison Labor

I think that the United States should not use prison labor. Because people are in there to think about the things they have done. And how they are going to change their lives when they get out of prison. Of course the United States don't kill our prisoners but just because someone did something wrong in their life. Doesn't mean you can force them in labor.
